That Wonderful Name

She will give birth to a Son. You will name Him Jesus. Give Him that name because He will save His people from their sins.” (Matt. 1:21 ERV).

Good morning God's beautiful people, it's another good and glorious day. Praise God, the Father of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ for giving it to us.

The wonderful thing about this passage is that when you look at the word "Son," you find that it is capitalized. This lets us know right from the very beginning of His birth, that Jesus would be something special. He would not just be an ordinary child, He would be something much greater.

This Christmas season, share the love and joy of what His birth means to you with others. Let them know that without His birth that we would not have had a "New Birth Experience." Tell them that Jesus is the reason for the season, and how He brings us into eternal glory with God the Father.
