"Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it;
Unless the Lord guards the city, the watchman keeps awake in vain." (Psalm 127:1 AMP).
You are the house that the Lord is trying to build, because no matter how hard you try it is simply a waste of time.
When we try to apply human efforts to anything we are limited, because without God to back them, nothing can get accomplished in the way that He designed them. We need the involvement of God in our house to go along with our faithful labor.
If you’re going through a difficult time right now, trust the Lord. The house He is building needs whatever you’re learning as you wait on Him.
