New Every Morning

"The Lord’s lovingkindnesses indeed never cease, For His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness. “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, Therefore I have hope in Him." (Lam. 3:22-24 NASB).

There may be moments in which you are living right now that everything is in despair, all is hopeless and the pressures of life is getting to you. You feel closed in, trapped and in confinement, and you barely have room to turn around in. But understand this, there is hope, and with hope comes joy.

Each day is a new day and with it are the blessings of God. Even in the darkness, light will soon come and break through. Even during the times of weeping, you can be assured that joy will come. We should have hope because of the Lord's faithfulness that we will not be overcome, we should be confident that during the storm Jesus is there with us.

Sometimes our breakthroughs are delayed because God is waiting to see if we will turn to Him in faith, or if we will continue to try to fix things ourselves. Put your hope in God and watch Him move in mighty ways.
