Starstruck

“The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows His handiwork.” (Psalm 19:1 NKJV).

On very rare occasions when our paths cross with someone famous, some of us become so starstruck and we rush to get our cameras ready to capture the moment. And if they happen to speak to us, we lose it altogether.

Each day God puts on a show for us and all we have to do is take a glimpse at His creation. He is more than a superstar; He is our Father the One who gives us everything that we need. He is a doctor, a lawyer and a close friend. However, we do not get starstruck when we look at what He is doing in our lives. We treat Him like we would a 911 operator and only call when things get out of control.

When we marvel at the stars at night that He spoke into existence, or the vastness of the seas that He gathered together, we can praise Him because unlike famous people, He greatness always shine and He will never turn you away.
