The Search

“You will call to me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you search for me with all your heart.” (Jer. 29:12-13 CSB).

You’ve been called to a life of constant communion with the Lord, and part of that training involves living above your circumstances even when you are up to your neck in high waters. You set out to do things that you think you are supposed to be doing, yet somehow you always seem to fall into despair. You long for just a touch that would help you get through what it is you are in search of.

God has a plan for your life, it’s a wonderful plan of peace and prosperity, one that is filled with a very bright hope and future. He hears your prayers, He knows what it is that you go through, and He is there for you. The Bible tells us that He is near to us, and we will find Him, but we must do so with all of our hearts. You are in the land of Babylon and you long to return to the fresh place in which you were in. You cry out because you are in need of deliverance. God hears your cry and He says to come and pray to Me. I will listen to your heart’s desires, but again You must trust Me in the process. Have faith, for I am with you!

Father we are trusting in You alone and the grace which You have given us today. Your grace is truly amazing, and we meditate on that which You have given us. It’s in the name of Jesus that we pray. Amen!
